Conference.

A conference means several seminars on consecutive days within the same framework. The participants, often from management level, work on new strategies in small groups, which they then take home and back to the company highly motivated to apply. 

And once again, it is the location, the place where the conference takes place, that makes what has been learned unforgettable. Workshop.

A workshop is usually understood to be a very interactive form of seminar, often with brainstorming, joint brainstorming, focused on a specific topic, for which possible solutions and suggestions for improvement are then presented to the entire group.

The Huabn

Perhaps the most extraordinary setup for seminars, conferences, workshops, team building and events: The Huabn.

Our mountain farm was built 400 years ago and still looks the same as it did back then. We now have running water, electricity,  internet, flat screen, projector, sound and click share technology. Scythes, hoes, saws, slicers, bacon, wine, beer, everything is there, and the surrounding forest is ours too.

Together with his wife Sabine, Mr. Springenschmidt manages the Seehotel Jägerwirt GmbH. The two of them are a power team and give our hotel a targeted, sustainable, performance-oriented identity.
